Product Guarantee

The majority of parts listed on Tinkr Ltd come with a 12 month warranty. However warrantees do alter from one brand to the next. Tinkr Ltd will follow through all claims under the stated warranty issued by the manufacturer, do not attempt to contact the manufacturer as in most cases parts are manufactured off shore and the correct process needs to be followed to ensure a successful outcome.

In the case of a part failing within the warranty period, please email us at returns@tinkr.co.nz and request a 'claim form’ and we will advise next steps.
